Do you have Type 2 Diabetes and live in Rye or the surrounding areas? If so, you are invited to this one day event “Living with Diabetes Day” in Eastbourne on Wednesday 13th November 2019 (9:30 – 4:00)
This is a free one day even for people diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes who have not attended structured diabetes education within the last five years. This event has been designed to help you control your diabetes through better self management.
The day consists of talks and workshops from healthcare professionals with special interest in diabetes.
The event is free but spaces are limited and must be pre-booked. Tea/coffee and a light lunch will be provided.
