Josephine Amoah

I am a Multisector Pharmacist with experience of working in acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, mental health and the integrated care system (ICS). As part of my training in the Multisector Pharmacist Foundation to Advanced Training Programme, I am completing a rotation in the Rural Rother Primary Care Network (PCN). My role during my PCN rotation will be focussed on medicines optimisation through completion of structured medication reviews to promote shared decision making.
