The training is through the “IT for You” service and takes place in libraries in East Sussex. As well as step by step support to download and register for the NHS App, they can provide a free one-hour session with friendly and knowledgeable volunteers, who can offer advice on helping with emails, staying safe on-line, job searches and applications, CV’s, Microsoft Word and more.
